Google Docs, Sheets, Slides Find Things You Change: How to Enable Them


Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides have been updated with a new design, according to the report. The search giant is rolling out redesigned toggles for word processing, spreadsheet, and launch apps on Android. The new switches are designed like a pill that makes the Material 3 (M3) switches bigger than ever. Google also added a new color map, as well as a longer and wider track. it can also display an icon on the thumb switch, according to the company.

According to 9to5Mac reports, a new change to the Content Matters theme is available in the Editor Overflow Menu in the Star, Suggested Changes, Print Layout, and Offline sections in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides. Users can start using the new toggle by going to these sections in all three apps. The first stable release of the Write the Essentials 3 announced by Google last month.

The search giant also introduced color-based themes for your essential style in Chrome Canary a few days ago. Chrome Canary is an experimental version of the browser that developers use to test new features, APIs, changes, and flags.

The ‘Chrome Color Customization’ feature automatically selects the browser’s color scheme, depending on the background image displayed whenever users open a new tab.

Google recently introduced AR-enabled features in Maps and Search that allow users to find food via Live View in Maps that allows users to search for nearby restaurants, coffee shops and other businesses, according to a recent report.

The Live View features were revealed earlier this year during the Google I/O 2022 event. It will be launched in Paris, New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo, and San Francisco for Android and iOS users, according to the company.
