PS Plus December Free Games Announced
PlayStation Plus monthly free games for December 2022 have been announced. These titles will be available to members of the PS Plus Essential, Extra, and Deluxe/Premium plans, starting next week. On December 6, PS Plus subscribers get access to the narrative-driven space RPG Mass Effect Legendary Edition, the post-apocalyptic shooter Biomutant, and the brand new platformer Divine Knockout: Founder’s Edition. These titles can be added to your PS games library until January 2, after which you’ll need to hold onto your subscription to play them.
Sony confirmed the additions to the The PlayStation Blog, last Wednesday, which coincided with a leak earlier this week. Similar to last time, the publisher will be adding additional titles – from the back catalog – to PS Plus Extra and Premium/Deluxe memberships, later this month.

PS Plus December 2022: Mass Effect Legendary Edition
Relive the legend of Commander Sheperd from the critically acclaimed Mass Effect series in this modern remake, as you take command of the Normandy, assemble your team, and experience a strong narrative with intertwining paths that define your character. Aiming to delight a new generation of gamers, the Mass Effect Legendary Edition includes the original trilogy and more than 40 DLCs, enhanced with improved graphics, character models, and charts – all optimized to run in 4K resolution.
Mass Effect Legendary Edition will be available to play on PS4, with backwards compatibility support on PS5.
PS Plus December 2022: Biomutant
Control a mammal warrior in a post-apocalyptic world full of mutants, and play martial arts and gunplay as you unleash hell on incoming gangs. A plague that destroys the fields causes the Tree of Life to bleed from its roots, giving you the task of saving it from chaos. Players can rewrite their genetic makeup by trying out a new set of teeth, fur, body type, and other features — all of which have a direct impact on your playstyle. Crafting also plays an important role in the RPG, where you mix and match parts to create stabbing or crushing weapons, pistols, rifles, shotguns and more.
Biomutant will be available to play on PS4 and PS5, with the latter offering native 4K and HDR support, as well as three different graphics modes.
PS Plus December 2022: Divine Knockout: Founder’s Edition
This third-person platformer from Hi-Rez Studios (Smite) launches directly on PS Plus on the aforementioned date of December 6th. Choose from 10 powerful mythological gods – Hercules, Thor, Athena, and many more – and brawl three ways in Divine Knockout. You can jump into the 3v3 Arcade mode with friends to explore different game modes or duke it out in hardcore 1v1 and 2v2s. DKO combines gameplay and progression, this Founder’s Edition unlocks some bonus game content, as well as a DKO-inspired skin for Smite.
Divine Knockout: Founder’s Edition will be available to play on PS4 and PS5.
Sony also emphasized that all PlayStation Plus subscribers have a few more days – until December 5 – to add a sequel such as the Japanese Soulslike Nioh 2, the entire Lego Harry Potter collection, and the game -atmospheric physics Heavenly Bodies in their library. These were the three free games that Sony announced in November.
PlayStation Plus subscription in India starts at Rs. 499 per month for Essential, Rs. 749 per month for the Extra plan, and Rs. 849 per month for the top-class Deluxe. Free monthly games are included in all three categories.
